Edwin Simpson

Edwin Lyn Simpson, 50, of Ravenna, TX passed away in Sherman, TX on Friday, February 20, 2026. He was born in DeQueen, AR on April 30, 1975 to parents, Larry and Patsy Ruth (Banks) Simpson.

Edwin enjoyed watching western movies and loved music. He loved his family and friends and his dogs, Taco and Pretty Girl. He will be missed by his family and friends.

He is preceded in death by his father, Larry Simpson and his maternal and paternal grandparents.

Edwin leaves to cherish his memory his mother, Patsy Simpson of Holly Creek; his sister, Lorie McKinney of Ravenna, TX; a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Graveside Services will be held at 10:00 A.M., Tuesday, February 24, 2026 at Eagletown Cemetery, Eagletown, OK.
